Kitchen Drafter FAQ
Clear answers about trials, user seats, subscription terms, and customer data.
How does the 15-day trial work?
A new account can explore Kitchen Drafter for 15 days. The workspace, 2D and 3D output, prints, and exported images are marked with a trial watermark.
What is the first-5-days offer?
When validated payment is completed within five 24-hour periods after account creation, the trial ends immediately, watermarks are removed, and one free month is added to the end of the purchased term.
How do user seats work?
Each active internal user, including the customer administrator, requires one purchased seat. Product quantity at checkout selects the number of seats.
What happens when a paid term ends?
Existing projects are retained for permitted read, export, and deletion workflows, while creation and editing require renewed access.
Is each customer’s data separated?
Yes. The first public architecture uses a separate Odoo database for each customer organization while sharing tested application infrastructure and code.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Automatic renewal is not enabled until a supported payment provider, affirmative consent, cancellation workflow, and renewal notices are configured and legally approved.
Can I export my projects?
Read and export access is preserved after a term expires. Trial and expired-trial output remains watermarked until a purchase is validated.
