Privacy Policy
Draft for review — updated July 21, 2026
Information collected
Kitchen Drafter may process organization and account details, customer-entered project data, support communications, order and payment status, technical logs, and files created or uploaded through the service. Complete payment card details are intended to be handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored by Kitchen Drafter.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, provision customer databases, authenticate users, process orders, enforce entitlements, support customers, protect the platform, maintain backups, and comply with legal obligations.
Organization databases
Each customer organization is assigned a separate business database in the first public architecture. Shared infrastructure may still process operational metadata, backups, logs, licensing status, and service health.
AI-assisted rendering
When a customer intentionally uses a Premium AI-assisted feature, relevant image and prompt data may be sent to the configured AI service provider. Final disclosures must identify the provider, retention settings, and customer controls.
Retention and deletion
Final retention periods for accounts, projects, backups, logs, failed payments, and support records will be published before launch. Customers will be given an appropriate way to request access, correction, export, or deletion where required.
