1. Service

Kitchen Drafter provides hosted kitchen planning, visualization, project organization, and related business workflow tools. Feature availability depends on the purchased license and current product documentation.

2. Trial

New accounts receive a 15-day trial. Trial designs, screens, prints, and exports may display a trial watermark. When payment is validated during the first five 24-hour periods after account creation, trial access ends immediately and one promotional month is added to the end of the purchased term. Eligibility is limited to one use per account.

3. Per-user subscription terms

Each active internal user requires one paid seat. Monthly, annual, and five-year terms begin when payment is validated. Access expires at the recorded term end unless a renewal is separately purchased or an approved automatic-renewal program is later disclosed and accepted.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must protect account credentials, use the service lawfully, maintain rights to uploaded content, and verify drawings, prices, measurements, code requirements, and installation conditions before relying on project output.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices, taxes, payment timing, renewal behavior, cancellation, and refund eligibility are shown at checkout or in the applicable order. No automatic renewal applies unless it is clearly disclosed and affirmatively accepted.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Kitchen Drafter is a planning aid and does not replace field measurement, engineering, code review, trade expertise, or professional judgment. Final warranty, limitation-of-liability, dispute, governing-law, and termination clauses require legal approval before launch.
